This is my second visit to Blue Lagoon and my, don’t they deliver. My first time I was a little bit daring with my food choice so this I played it safe. My starter was beautifully cooked and presented. But nothing could have prepared me for the Chicken Beast I was about to receive. Was one of the nicest meals I’ve ate from a restaurant at such a reasonable price!! The rose wine is good to, always important. Thank you for such a lovely evening

Best restaurant in Lark Lane!!! Wonderful food all cooked from fresh. Excellent staff very welcoming don’t know why this place is ever empty, but I sort of like it that way because we go quite a lot and we can always get a table which is a bonus. So would have liked to have kept it a secret but to good not to share.

gorgeous food and excellent service. everytime i go here it is half empty and it is such a shame, i think the new facade maybe isnt different enough to before, there’s no reason why this place isnt full everytime

We visited the Blue Lagoon this afternoon as a party of 5 and we found absolutely no faults. It is a very new restaurant within the lark lane area, consisting of a lot of established restaurants. We had never tried Greek or Turkish food before and were really impressed with the variety and value of the menu.
There is a very wide selection of both starters, mains, vegetarian and seafood dishes. For starters we had lamb and chicken dishes, fish cakes and garlic prawns. All were absolutely gorgeous! For mains, we had 2 different lamb dishes, chicken and sea bass and all were cooked perfectly!
The waitress was lovely and because the food was so nice and completely fresh, it didn’t matter that there was a slight wait between courses.
At the end of the meal, we were given a 10% voucher for our next visit. I would definitely recommend and we would be more than happy to go again.

When I seen that the resturant was empty I thought, this cant be good. Im glad I never let that taint my experience. My party was warmly greeted and shown to our table. The staff where pleasent and always on hand to make our meal more enjoyable. I even tried a dish I wouldnt have normally gone before and it was delightful (althought I still dont like aubergines) I cant wait to go back

I visited Blue Lagoon last weekend with my partner. There was no-one else in the restaurant which might have put some people off however it was very inviting with white tablecloths, fresh flowers in vases and candles. The staff were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.
We ordered the hummus and falafel to start. The hummus was tasty however the falafel was overcooked. We had the opportunity to tell the chef as he came over to our table to ask if we were enjoying the food (a rare occurence these days). Our mains were delicious. I ordered the lamb moussaka and Jim had the Adana lamb kebab, made extra spicy on request. Both were served with rice, salad, pitta and tahini and tsatziki dip. We didn’t have room for dessert but were treated to complimentary apple tea and a card promising 10% off our next visit. We’ll definitely be returning again soon!
