On 17th November, a Lark Lane regular and personal friend of ours, Judy, attended the charity event at The Old Police Station. Judy has a passion for creativity, teaching poetry and art, and you’ll probably bump into her, anywhere there’s a gig on – so we think that qualifies her opinion.
Here is what she said:
“My friend and I didn’t arrive until 8pm. We were drawn in by walking on a long roll of paper carpet leading us through the doors and into the expertly hung ethereal work produced by Tatiana and Nicole Bartos, our host. We were warmly welcomed by the ever smiling Alice. After paying, and a short chat, we were allowed to go into the atmospheric darkened room mid performance. Two large leaky rainbow art pieces provided the back drop for this rather sombre series of classical performances. Thank you Nicole and all the artists for the opportunity to experience an eclectic inspired evening.”
All income funds from tickets / cafe sales, raffles & including 50% from any art sales go to charity. For more information please visit www.gallery4allarts.com.
